Villa Noni was completed in June 2019 and represents a piece of modern luxury on the Dalmatian coast. Villa is situated in quiet and peaceful area with a sea views. Surrounded by trees perched on a hillside with spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and islands. With large terrace, parking space, olive gardens, covered outside seating area and inviting heated swimming pool it has all the facilities to let you enjoy your holiday with family.

INSIDE THE LUXURY

Designed to make you relax and feel like at home you always wanted
Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen, dining room, one double bed room and bathroom. With large glass walls living room is connected with outdoor dinning terrace and heated swimming pool area.
First floor of the villa is designed as 4 sleeping rooms with 2 bathrooms. Villa is comfortable for 10 persons in 5 double bed rooms. Two rooms with two double beds can be separate as 4 single beds. Each room is equipped with wardrobe, towels and sheets. On this floor all rooms have balcony with sea view.
Outdoor area of the house consists: 
Pool area with heated swimming pool, sun-beds and umbrellas, rattan furniture.
Covered terrace with table and chairs.
 Gardens with olive trees
. Parking space for 5 cars + garage

A fantastic villa 15 min away from Split sentrum. The guys who is renting out the villa is super nice and they will show you around. They also gave us a warm welcome and it made us feel like home right away. We were in Split for the Ultra festival and to come back from the festival for a swim and after lay down in a super comfy bed was just magical! Hope to see u guys again!
